TO OPERATE: Use the strong handle to release the retaining device. This in turn allows the chain to unfold from the tubular unit down into its original position. After the chain has been used, simply gather the chain into the unit by using an upward movement and engage the hooking device into a chain link. The pathway beneath the chain is now free from obstruction.
